sepilok.com.my is an independent destination guide. When you submit the trip-planning form we collect the details you provide — name, email, travel dates, party size and notes — solely to prepare and send your itinerary and quote, and to correspond about your booking if you proceed.

We do not sell or share your details with third parties, other than the licensed tour operator and accommodation providers needed to fulfil a booking you have confirmed. We do not send marketing emails; you hear from us only about your own enquiry.

Basic analytics (page views, referral sources) are collected in aggregate to improve the site; no advertising trackers are used. To view or delete the data associated with your enquiry, email us via the contact page and we will action it within seven days.
